Our Promise to Ensure Your Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We provide a flexible return policy that allows you to assess your purchase within 14 days or 250 miles from the delivery date, giving you ample time to determine if you wish to return or exchange the item.

Simple Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, simply reach out to us by email before 5 PM PDT on the 14th day after receiving your item. The delivery date is considered Day 0.

Return Eligibility

We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, damaged, involved in an accident, or modified in any way. Items used as loan collateral (encumbered items) are also ineligible for return.
